Elisa made wedding bands for me and my husband and oh my goodness! I cannot say enough wonderful things about Elisa and her work! Elisa designed and crafted my engagement ring, as well as wedding bands for both me and my husband, and we couldn’t be happier with them. My husband proposed with a “rehearsal prop” engagement ring (fitting because we both work in theater) and then explained that he thought I might like to have input about my actual ring, so rather than picking out something by himself, he wanted to include me in a design process to create something perfect. We called Elisa right away.

Elisa listened to everything I knew how to express about my aesthetics and wishes, asked all the right questions to help uncover what I didn’t know how to express on my own, carefully and respectfully guided me away from ideas that included stones that wouldn’t stand the test of time, and came back to us with so many wonderful design options that it was difficult to choose. She’s super easy to communicate with, so the whole design process was exciting and fun. I ended up with a ring that’s incredibly beautiful, ethically sourced, and designed with the amount of hands-on activity I do for work in mind. Her knowledge of her craft, materials, and practical concerns, and her patience in explaining the pros and cons of various choices was super helpful, and led to a much better product for me personally than I could have ever chosen on my own.

For our wedding bands, she incorporated details to make each ring suit us individually, while still feeling connected to each other. Each of the three rings stands apart as a beautiful piece of jewelry, and all three work together perfectly.

I can’t recommend Elisa’s work highly enough. Three years in, and I still get distracted by how much I love my rings sometimes. She is a skilled artist and communicator, and a wonderful person.
