Shipping + Returns
Order Completion
Please allow 2-3 weeks for manufacturing and shipping for items purchased in shop. Manufacturing and shipping times vary for custom work and will be discussed with client on a case by case basis.
Domestic Shipping
A $10 USPS shipping, handling and insurance charge are added to all domestic shipments.
International Shipping
The shipping, handling and insurance charge for international orders will depend on the destination. Please email us at elisamjewelry@gmail.com for further information.
Sales Tax
Sales tax is charged on orders where the shipping destination is in the states of New Jersey. The NJ sales tax rate is 6.625%.
Returns
If you are not completely satisfied with your handmade jewelry item you may exchange it or receive store credit within 5 days of purchase. Please email us at elisamjewelry@gmail.com if you wish to make a return. Jewelry must be unworn and be returned in original condition with receipt.
Commissions, custom orders and personalized designs are final sale.
The client must insure and be able to track product for return shipping. Elisa Melegari Jewelry is not responsible for loss of or damage to product during return shipping.
Cancellations
To cancel an order please contact us or email us at elisamjewelry@gmail.com within 24 hours of ordering.
Repair Policy
Please contact us or email us at elisamjewelry@gmail.com for repairs on jewelry purchased from our online store or from our stockists. We take great pride in our craftsmanship, but if there are any items that are damaged due to a manufacturer defect please report them to us within 3 days of receiving shipment. Client repairs are assessed on a case-by-case basis and repair fee will depend on the nature of the repair. If the client loses one earring, we will replace it for half the original price paid for the set of earrings.
